Match Preview;
After a disappointing loss last night, our record now stands at four losses in a row, after our win away at Hull City on February 21st. We now sit 18th, on 47 points, so only 9 points and five places above the drop zone. Frustrations ran high after our 0-4 loss to Boro, and I was desperate to see a team set up to go and win the game last night, but when I saw the line up, and realised Kone would be up front alone, I didn't bother watching. Sadly, I don't think I am the only one who is losing interest in this season...and my hope is that we have scrambled together enough points to be safe, but it could be tight. If Julien Stefan continues to set the team up so negatively, and Kone is left alone up front, I'll soon lose patience, and join a few others who have already called for time on his tenure.

My only hope going into Saturday's game, is that Leicester are having an even worse season than us! They sit 21st, and are only out of the relegation zone on goal difference. They've won on Tuesday night, beating Bristol CIty 2-0, their first win in ten games. This season they started with some bloke called Marti Cifuentes in charge, vaguely rings a bell, but he was sacked after wining 11 games out the 31 he managed, and they appointed Gary Rowett, who previously managed Oxford United for year from December 2024 to December 2025. He's now managed five games, won one, lost one and drawn three. Their top scorers are Fatawu Issahaku and Jordan James with 9 each.

Team news and manager comments to go up when on the official, enjoy if you are making the trip, and as always...

...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!

I assume we’ll wear the green again. No need to even wash it. Hopefully it’s just been a couple of days of sightseeing across the Midlands rather than coming home and schlepping back up today.
Whatever they do between matches its certainly not spent training.
