After the success of the Burnley meet up and people talking about future meets, including a big end of season party, we thought that it would make sense to have a thread where people can drop in and find out where fellow members are on matchdays.

First ones into the museum (or an away day pub), post on here and let us know where you are to make it easier to find each other.

All are welcome to join for a friendly natter.

Great idea this @Becs.

Ive just started going again, and only met a few off here a couple of times. Going alone, I would like nothing better than to meet up with fellow posters from on here.

Is the museum the usual place to meet up? I couldn't get served in there vs Liverpool, the queue for the bar was massive... so went to the Victory (deaf club?) and got served no bother.

It is busy mind.

We find the queues are weather related! Outside is shorter in bad weather when people are inside, but inside is shorter in good weather as everyone stays outside.

Some match days I get the service bus over and the supporters bus back
Now that’s usually a Saturday or a night match I generally now go to vesta Tilly’s peackock then walk over the new bridge 1 hour before kick off I’ll keep visiting this page for information

Im usually in the Museum for 12 for a 3pm kick off, it does get busy. Used to go out the back in the glass bit but its like sitting in a green house. So I will be hanging around the table down where the bar is on the right hand side. The (Jarra) Proclaimers are usually sitting down that way as well
Then to Bar 73 for a good old singalong. Ahh I remember that place when it was just scaffolding poles, now its grown up to be a big scaffolding poles, corrugated roof and wooden panels type of thing. It was bouncing in there for the mags game like

Im gan with my cousin on Sunday straight there & back no boozing for moi I’ll make up for it on Monday
