Really? What happened? I always imagine that if I met Perch it would involve him stumbling into me in the street, or running into the back of my car at a set of traffic lights.

I approached him (from the front), in case he tackled me or something but he was a lovely bloke and was happy enough to chat. I didn't really have anything to say though, could really say something like "you're doing well this season" without sounding like a sarcastic prick <laugh>

I would've done the old "can I get a picture?" bit and got him to take a photo of me and a mate.

Luke, remember the name because I've played him and even a couple of years ago he stood out from the pack by a mile. He'll do well.

Thought you meant Jack, he used to play for Whitstable town and then had a trial with us in the summer, we let him go up to Hartlepool and we decided that if Hartlepool make an offer we would not bother and they did, but he is a Medway lad and it would have been good him at Gillingham, hope he does well.
