David Lammy would be Acting PM, while Angela Rayner would take over as Labour leader. Bizarre or what?

I find no joy it the current political situation. I had high hopes for this labour government.

God only knows where our political situation is going. Scary times for our country

Labour and the Tories are failed political parties now.

The choice at the next election is Reform or Green. Take your pick.

Scottish Labour leader about to call on Starmer to go. The end is nigh. Virtually no one wants him to stay and quite rightly so. His judgement is just absolutely terrible - he hasn’t got a clue.

Neither Reform nor Green have done well at Council level. My daughter lives in Hove where the Greens are in control, and Reform have been shambolic where they have any power, although you have to read Private Eye to get updated. Neither Zach nor Nigel are the Messiah.

Both the Greens and Reform would concentrate on the areas that are most important to them and would have some success with those, but whether they’d make good overall Governments is open to question.

Can’t see anyone getting a majority so we’ll either have a right wing coalition with Reform as the biggest party, propped up by the Tories, or a left wing coalition with Labour as the biggest party propped up by The Greens and Lib Dem’s.

We, as a nation, need radical change cos at the moment we are going down the drain.

We're not a good advert for democracy. Telling people what you think they want to hear gets found out when reality rears its ugly head.

A Coalition will likely spook the markets, and wreck the Economy.
A few months of that would possibly open the door to a Military take-over.

Some senior General, backed up by promises of assistance from our Special Relationship chums.

Any political leader who spells that out in detail would get set upon by opposition parties, most of the media and most important of all the electorate.

Good Lord

Well, you did say we need radical change. That isn't Reform UK - especially in coalition.
Just imagine Nigel & Kemi <yikes>
He'd say something outrageous and she'd punch his lights out.

However, I've strayed off topic a bit.
I think Starmer will hang on until a day or two after the May Elections :emoticon-0158-time: (assuming he hasn't quit while I've been typing)

Now imagine Rayner, Goldsmith and Davey. The lunatics really would have taken over the asylum.

Rayner, Polanski & Davey - what a combination!

Back into the EU, legalised crack, mass re-Nationalisation...
Could they squeeze in Jeremy Corbyn as well? <laugh>

You forgot about no safe places for women, women with penis’s, men competing in women’s sport, black-outs when it’s cloudy, black-outs when there’s no wind, huge increases in energy costs, business’s going bust as they can’t make a profit, unemployment going up, benefits bill going up, the economy crashing, inflation up, interest rates up, crime going up as more and more junkies can’t afford their legalised crack, scag, speed, meth, ket, E, skunk, landlords locked up for renting out properties they own, no prisons, defunding the Police.

Still at least they’d stop the boats and smash the gangs as there’d be no borders and unlimited immigration. Roll up, roll up Sir, everyone welcome, everyone wins a prize, empty your prisons and send us your scum.
