How are Labour doing after their first 12 months

My memory is not that good, so I never realised until listening to a live tv interview, how much Mandelson and Corbyn hated one another. Maybe hate is the wrong word from Corbyn's perspective, but it certainly sounds it from Mandelson's.

I had to go google it:

Problem is for the Tories is there's absolutely no chance some of them aren't linked to Epstein.

So they can't go too deep into digging at Labour

Why not, keep digging, I don't see the problem, whether Labour or Tory or any other party, that's what we want the truth. I don't give a **** who they are. Last thing I'd ever be saying is don't go digging too deep, that's exactly what we want.

I saw a clear photo of Farage with Epstein, but thankfully I had the sense to check it and it was fake. I know there was also a fake picture made of Boris with that Maxwell woman. Also seen suggestions about Blair, but not convinced with them either, not saying he never met Epstein, because he did, but that was at Number 10.

No I'm talking about them being selfish politicians trying to save their own arses.

Ah **** em. I'm sure there's a few other squeaky bums out there, Epstein got to deep into our political system for there not to be, from a financial sense. I think some of it will be hid up by the security services - especially as we are in a bit of a cold war at the moment... thinking Russia here and I don't think anyone has the balls to damage our relations with the Americans while Trump is in power. So some stuff might not come out until years later. Not saying that's right btw.

It will come out as people die, just as it did with Saville. It's what it takes these days, I reckon the day Trump pops his clogs, they will suddenly unearth a massive **** storm of information that will "shock the world"

The way Trump is absolutely rinsing the US government of as much cash as he possibly can and getting huge amounts of liquid money from the UAE and Qatar for me tells me he is preparing him family for the future without him.

Trump has always struck me this time round as a man with vengeance, and considering his position and age, that is one very dangerous man. Probably the time when they were dragging him though the courts he was planning his revenge. That's why we are going to have to sit it out with him, until he's dead or at the very least no longer in power.

I do wonder what he's cooked up with Putin though, they are both too close for more liking and Trump will turn every situation to his personal advantage. You can see with ICE and his eagerness for war that he is like Putin's twin at the moment. I'm still waiting for the two of them to carve up Ukraine, again to their own personal advantages.

It's BBC mate, take **** all notice of what they say. <laugh>

They compromised on releasing all the documents as long as it went though ISC first. So anything deemed a national security risk will not be released. Also the cops have advised if they decide to prosecute Mandelson, any of those relevent files also can't be released because it would prejudice any trial (Yes I've seen what Hoyle has said).

Regardless of which side of the Political fence you sit, Starmer is TOAST

If he knew about Mandelson he is as corrupt as Mandeleson, if he did not know he is incompetent and weak

If Labour did not have such a huge majority thanks to that imbecile Farage the Labour Government itself would be toast

Genuinely think Rishi Sunak will go down as one of the most rehabilitated PMs in history based on who came before him and now after.
That says a lot about the state of British Politics

The wee Burnie in Scotland

The non ending list of halfwits in Wales

AND the disaster waiting to happen in Northern Ireland

I think Starmer will survive, the people behind him on the benches have to appear enraged when public facing, and probably are a tad pissed off how Mandelson has taken them for a ride. I think Keir best keep his head down for a while. Tories are going to do what opposition do, I think the worst that might happen is KS will have to give his advisor the boot.

But I'm normally wrong on these things so if you are a betting man and the odds are good...

I don't know. Most of Keir Starmer's mistakes can be put down to learning on the job. But employing The Prince of Darkness (that was his nickname in Labour circles) was a massive error of judgement. I'm not sure Starmer can survive this, and I am one of the few people who think his government has done and continues to do lots of good things (which never get reported).

I agree, you certainly can see he's learning on the job for sure, but bloody hell for an ex DPP he is incredibly naive and his decisions are just like....wow lol...all said with a sense of humour rather than criticism.
