Think Jacob is a really good fit for games like today where we're under pressure and do not have most of the ball, he's solid not flashy and capable of doing a job and we saw the same under Selles too, it's those games where we're in the ascendancy and looking for our lb to create like Giles has a lot this season where he won't reach those heights

We've had a ridiculous number of different goalscorers this season. Every attacking player has scored. Every midfielder except for Hadžiahmetović has scored. Now Hughes joins Egan and Ajayi as defenders who've scored.
Every single recent game has looked like this by the way. Amir oozes class, composure and is an absolute gem at this level. It’s about time he got the recognition he deserves.
