They just remind me of Southampton under Martin lol. A lot of clubs these days dictate a particular philosophy and style of play at the board level and hire coaches who fit that.

Hang on, if the ref and linesman don’t give a free kick right away and say it’s a throw-in, how can he retroactively go back and say it’s a free kick and a yellow card? They just ****ing make it up as they go along. Weak ref caving to pressure from their fans and players.

I had exactly the same thought, and it wasn’t a foul either nor a yellow card. Bizarre decision.
