Its quite intersting listening to BBM talking about how things work behind the scenes. Possibly the first time we've had such insight.It was only a mere blip..............
There seems to be a good working relationship across the piece (certainly below the board
).BBM seems to have clear links to the accademy, "fitness", recruitment, board (financial), et al.
He seems to set his requirements with the recruitment team and let them crack on.
Not worried day to day on recruitment, trusting the team to get on with it while he worries about the next game, working with what he has in the building, not worrying about who he hasnt.
It probably stresses us more than it stresses him.
