Our best X1 hasn't started a single game in that period though.
If two or three of Solanke, Maddison, Kulesevski and Udogie had actually played I suspect we would have got a few more points.

Every club would have more points if their best players were available instead of being injured.

Solanke is bang average yet considered the best striker. Shows how far Spurs have fallen.

Kulusevski I like and rate and him coming back would be a boost for sure.

Maddison is fair weather and not my type of player as he’s too inconsistent and Udogie hasn’t been decent for a while now.

Spurs strongest 11 would still do well to make the top 10 imo.

Oh well, at least Chelsea lost in the West Brompton derby.

Them losing never fails to cheer me up.
They're called 10 Man Chelsea now, I think.

Absolutely dreadful results for us tonight, but possibly even worse for the Spam.

Wait, I thought this was a joke. It's real???

How the hell did this happen?? <laugh>. That's certainly not going to endear himself to Spurs fans.

Mental.
He claims that he didn't notice, so I assume someone's handed it to him deliberately for a laugh.
The last team there was your load of filth, so it's probably still around from that.

I think the club's policy of buying young potential future stars, while understandable, has backfired because many of our 'senior' players have been unavailable. Assuming Paratici has all but gone if Lange continues with this policy right now Spurs will fail. Right now we need experienced quality players. We have some good potential in our squad but you can see the inexperience whenever the team is up against it.

Tell, Oderbert, Bergval, Simmons , Gray and Mikey Moore could all be brilliant in a couple of seasons but right now we have too many novices. I agree with @KingHotspur we need stability of management, there is no quick fix here, UNLESS we sign 4 game changers in this window.

If Frank is to go, what happens next? The club needs something to galvanise all of us, fans, players, staff and just get some kind of positive feeling around the club and most importantly, fans back in the stands!

I’ve no idea what that is though,do we sack Frank and plod along with an interim till the end of the season, then get Poch back or appoint someone like Robbie Keane which will at least get us going into the season with a bit of excitement?

Do we rely on the club making some exciting signings this window to at least get everyone positive that we are trying to be better in the market which gives everyone breathing space to think we’ll see more progression in the summer window?

Something just needs to happen. Everyone is just dead on their feet. Not very sensible from the 3 that went up to the fans either, read the room guys (sadly, 2 of them were Paulinha and VdV who are two of the only bright spots at the club right now).

Just keep your distance, clap the fans and get back in the changing room.

The complete failure to have another player lined up after Gibbs-White's kidnapping really is the butterfly flapping its wings in Hong Kong moment

So many other times in our (relatively) recent history we've moved quickly to identify and sign an alternative who, in some cases, greatly exceeds what the original would have offered - but when Gibbs-White was a non-starter finisher there was no backup, no alternative identified, nothing

...which somehow got even worse with Bissouma talking himself out of playing for us ever again, so not only did we not get the player Frank identified as the one he needed but our squad options decreased by one as well

There are boos at most home games, fans have been chanting boring boring tottenham and booed Frank and argued with players in the last 2 home games.
Leeds, Bournemouth, Brighton, Sunderland and Brentford all play as a team with a coherent plan. They adapt to changing situations in games and they are either fighting for European places or are playing entertaining football most weeks.
These 5 teams have not stuffed full of better players than us...but they are well coached, players understand their roles and play as a team.
Frank has not improved what we watch week in week out. A draw tonight would have papered over the cracks.
And until we back a manager by buying the players he actually wants (obviously if they want to join and the club are willing to sell) and giving him 3 or 4 years to fully implement a culture within the whole club from youth level through to the first team nothing will change.

There is a huge issue in how we are managed on and off the pitch.

In totaltality it was bizarre to involve Levy with sacking a manager who had won our first trophy in 17 years and our biggest trophy in over 34 years, then choosing the next manager, involving him in our summer transfer business and then effectively sacking him the day after the transfer window closed.

The club then claimed we had £100m added to transfer funds yet no solid plans have been in placed to get in players that Frank wants as Palace have done for example.
We have a DoF who is supposed to be leaving the minute the transfer window closes!

Yet we are being asked to "make some noise" to improve the atmosphere at home games...where they are charging us extortionate amounts to go ... £55 to watch Sunderland, £60+ to see Fulham, £80+ to see cat A games and £55 to become a member in order to be able to buy tickets!

And yet they seem to wonder why there are thousands of empty seats all over the stadium.

To be clear...
1. it aint about us losing...its about us playing unwatchable football.

2. it aint about wanting Frank sacked.

I thought I was disillusioned with the sacking of Ange but in truth I am disillusioned with the club I have supported since I was 6 or 7, through good and bad, brought into my daughters lives and felt very attached to for the last 52 yrs or so.

On the day Chivers has died the contrast between what we were and what we are has never seemed so stark.

I assumed Simons was the panic buy we decided to waste loads of money on after MGW fell through?

Or was he the post Eze debacle panic buy?

Agreed and it does feel like a defining point of the season. Really knocked us sideways at the wrong moment.

I said earlier I believe Frank will limp into the summer, we'll finish around 12th and a decision will be made then.

Can't see the club buying anyone of note in this window as well, just possibly a couple of "potentials" again.

We are in a complete mess at the moment.

Simons was in response to Eze, though contrary to popular belief he wasn't a panic buy given we'd been in contact weeks before we put together our Eze bid

Genuinely curious about TF's original tactical plan, as surely either 3ATB or a midfield three were the more likely choices, but things both within and outside his control put that through the shredder so instead we're focused on a shape rather than a system

Palhinha is a class act. End of.
Not only showing the way on the pitch but off it too. And as a loanee.
He's a great example to our young players and I don't care if it is the 'safe' thing to do to wait until his loan expires, but I would draft that permanent contract now.
Trouble is, I wonder now whether he would want to sign it...

Judging by the clip Chris Cowlin posted and some first hand accounts, the players went over to clap the away fans - until somebody said they'd kick Mickey Van's ass

That's when Porro and Palhinha stepped in, and also why Mickey Van went back to suggest that the fan meet him outside for a full and frank exchange of opinions within the Marketplace of Ideas

Watching the highlights back, their first goal wasn't just Romero's fault. VDV and Bentancur equally to blame. No communication and both end up marking thin air.

Bentancur was out of position, or in a position he'd seen in a dream, for the first two goals

When does Sarr get back from Afcon, so we can try him as the deeper midfielder for a change...?
