Agreed! Not that I’m involved for tomorrow and now looking at the Hull game for my next excitement, but I’m amazed there’s not been an uprising against a lot of techie stuff. AI chat lines, constant messages about being quicker to go online rubbish etc!!!!!The ticket app can get in the skip, along with the rest of the 21st Century imo.

Yeah that's totally unacceptable. If they expect people to use the app it needs to be easy to use and any updates communicated by email. App updates are part and parcel of using a smartphone so that's not the issue. It's the lack of email communication and support available that's the problem.
