️ “When I first landed in the airport when I signed - I was getting off the plane and people in the airport were telling me how important this match is! I’ve played in derbies before - I know how big this game is and how important it is. It’s all the players have been talking about this week.
“They’ve played all the videos of previous Derby games in the training ground - lots of clips on social media too - but after the weekend I’m sure there’ll be lots more good clips for Sunderland!”

Thanks for another brilliant thread RTB. Well its arrived the game we have all been waiting for. I dont actually enjoy the Derby games as much as I should just hate the arrogance of the Saudis if they win. However I really believe if we play at our best, play our football and we all back the lads til the end we will beat the gits. I'd love a home win just before santa but would be comfortable not to lose. Haway the lads and get into the murdering tw-ts.

In all my time I can"t remember when they have been so quiet. Those that I know are not confident ,which I have to say makes me uncomfortable..Much prefer to laugh at their arrogance and absolute confidence that they will stuff us.
Any win will do no matter the circumstances but in an ideal world id like a 5-1 win with xhaka doing the chicken dance celebration when he completes his hat-trick
