If they had played it in Brisbane 54,000 could have watched it. But in England the biggest club has a capacity I know. Which was why I explained the reason for reduced capacities for FC matches being there is unreserved seating in some areas which leads to a 10% reduction in them. Though as the MKM capacity is 25,400 why is 24,600 a sellout?
That's because seating is usually unallocated - all the seats were allocated for this game - got mine
I get wound-up by some posters on here, no names, but the HMRC actually winding-up people is a disgrace. Btw...shame about Salford. I guess someone will now have to buy the club, lock, stock and barrel, and create a brand new going concern under a new company name and brand.
It's not really the tax deficit. You assume other than potentially VAT and PAYE they aren't likely to be making enough profit to pay tax. It's just a symptom of them being ****ed financially as the HMRC are the ones who will push for liquidation first over other businesses, who won't.
I know i got wooshed but on a serious note if its vat or PAYE as youd expect its worse as vat isn't their money they charge it on top of sales and pay it over and PAYE apart from employers ni is deducted from employees
