It’s not beyond the realms of possibility for SAFC to have a 64,000 fully fit for purpose SOL in the near future for an absolute fraction of the cost of any work to the Hotch or a new stadium. The land is also there in years to come for another tier to the Jimmy stand which would take us 70,000+ if needs be. That would hurt them.

Get a pro team to assess the likely sites. Hear their results and give feedback. Feasibility studies on say the three most likely and have designs done at the same time Then make a decision. Then go for planning.

A years work at most if you were really serious and had the cash before the plans could be put in. If they wanted to do it, it would be more or less done now .
