Update on Thomas and his day as a mascot v Bournemouth. He was really looking forward to to being a mascot and had a great day despite the weather, he had the pleasure of accompanying our Captain Granit Xhaka at the very front, if you look at the SAFC 90 minute highlights the opening shots show the team in the tunnel and Thomas though excited is looking quite nervous before breaking out in to a wide smile as they entered in to the SOL cauldron. Despite being soaked through he had a day that he will treasure for ever.

Thats absolutely fantastic mate and like you say memories he can treasure forever

I get the impression he's generally pissed off at the world and will likely never be the smiley type, he did celebrate the winner like it meant a lot to him though. I think we're getting to him.
He was over at the crowd near the end of the game and was geeing them up, he has the bug now and is thoroughly invested, it brought a smile to my face

One thing on motd Murphy said about Le Fee

He is not known for his tackling more known for his technical ability or words to that effect!

Bollocks, the lad doesn’t half get stuck in, I said before on here one thing that surprised me even though it was seen in the higlight reels was how much he seems to love a tackle and getting stuck in! Don't expect it from technical players!

Aye, it might have surprised Murphy but we have seen it loads of times. He's a tenacious bugger and enjoys winning the ball back, as you say.

Possibly one of the best tackers in the team...

Awww that's fantastic. It's priceless being able to do something like that. I'm pleased he had a brilliant day despite the weather.

Tim Sherwood speaking without thinking, seems to be his default position.

If there's no chance of an appeal how can it be harsh, it could've easily damaged Sadiki's eye socket or caused concussion. Anyone can time a tackle badly or slide on a rain soaked surface, but this was deliberate and totally off the ball ...

... there's absolutely no excuse.

“The referee, Tim Robinson, loses all control of the football match in my opinion,” Sherwood said. “He’s booked 11 players and he’s sent off Lewis Cook.”

"On the red card, Sherwood said the decision was “very harsh,” but Bournemouth would be unlikely to win an appeal over the incident."
