I know we had multiple opportunities to clear it after
But i still dont understand why pandur punched that freekick
There was no other player near him

Its absolute bread and butter catch for a pro keeper

He caught a much tougher corner later on in the game surrounded by players

Looking at it the whole thing was akin to a madcap moment from the Keystone Cops...Not sure what it is about us, but we always seem to head it back across the box into the danger area, not away, usually straight to one of theirs waiting to smash it back....Done it about two dozen times this season, and that's at home!!!!!!!!!
We're crap at defending and stopping crosses. Sort that out and we've got a great chance of going up.

For me, i've no issues with him punching, yeah maybe could or should have caught it but if a keeper punches and clears it as far as he did, and it went a long way then that's fair game imo

How could we possibly combat that then? How about designated areas, see a lot earlier post, stop the 'scroats' ( our younger and fans of the future, maybe you were one once?) from taking beer onto the terraces, like it is now, and how do you know it is beer they are throwing? Not rocket science is it?
Deport all the under 16's (because thats what they look like) to the south stand where they can reach the away fans

There's a weird thing where football fans fixate over the smallest mistake if it happens anywhere remotely in the buildup to a goal. Remember a couple of years ago where Morton spannered a pass out for a throw-in, WBA got a corner from the throw-in, then eventually scored from the second phase of the corner, and people blamed the goal entirely on Morton as if nothing else had happened in between. This happens a lot with things Pandur does too.

except im not fixating on it

and i said as soon as he punched it, why, as it made no sense
before they scored

i even say, despite having multiple opportunities to clear it

regardless of a goal, i still dont understand why he punches the ball there

We both posted it at exactly the same time. Just before the goal was scored too.

If drinking was allowed in the stand, I see a HUGE major problem, people would be constantly up & down to get drinks, needing a piss, get a drink, need a piss, get more pissed, than is necessary at a game.
I do think the laws stupid as you can drink at major sports in America & it’s great, I’d love to be able to sit down with a pint, but it’s always a minority who spoil it for the rest.
Unfortunately it should stay as it is!

There’s a group of lads on the same row as me and they must all go for a piss about 5-8 times per half.

Have to agree with this, I've regularly been covered in beer at international games and I'd rather not have to tolerate it week in, week out, at club games.
