Agreed, and less wide too to reflect average heights between the sexes.I still feel like women’s football would be a lot better if the crossbars were a foot lower…
It just makes it look silly when two goals go in direct from corners. Southampton have also scored 2 lobs recently that would never have gone in during a men’s game.Agreed, and less wide too to reflect average heights between the sexes.
Men have a greater ability to jump and dive too, it's just nature.
Female football players are against changes to football ground layouts…as it may mean it is harder to find venues for women’s football, especially at a lower level. As it is, games can be arranged at sports grounds easily. Can you imagine what past dinosaurs of groundsmen would say if asked to provide special pitches or goals for a girls’ game. Not bloody likely springs to mind.I still feel like women’s football would be a lot better if the crossbars were a foot lower…
And yet we have three sizes of goals for youth football, including one I think is perfect for teenagers!Female football players are against changes to football ground layouts…as it may mean it is harder to find venues for women’s football, especially at a lower level.
