First half was the worst I’ve seen us this season but a win and a clean sheet away from home aren’t easy to come by. Also missing our strongest front 3 and arguably our strongest midfielder so it’s quite an excellent result.

I was shocked how poor they were though. A We were awful first half but I didn’t think they were much better, second half they were even worse. Whoever did their recruitment in the summer needs the sack.

The first goal seemed quite straight forward but he took it well and he can’t seem to stop scoring. I’ve never wanted us to sign a loan player as much as I have Gelhardt. Absolutely love watching him, super player and work rate his first class, hope we can get him permanently at some point.

I agree, he fits right in.

Thank **** I missed the first half! Got to admit, I was thinking why are these ****s moaning?? We look solid lol

I don’t even know if we will see it for even one game this season but imagine what we’d look like with McBurnie, Millar, Belloumi, Lundstram and Matazo all fit and playing.

I was only thinking earlier if we'd ever see our best 11 (on paper) start a match together

Brilliant result with all the injuries we have, It must be a nightmare for the manager and frustrating with so many key players missing. Realistically better sides would have finished us off in the first half. These didn’t though and we come away with three more vital points. We really do need some of the injured back though.

Hate to sound negative but Joseph's miss was bad, his effort lacked all confidence. Keeper did well and he might even have saved a better effort but it was a poor finish.
To be honest, I thought that his body language before he shot looked like he was expecting to get called back for a foul against the defender and I think that might have contributed to his hesitancy.

Good management that. Spotted where it was obviously not working in the first half, and it wasn't, and changed the formation. Different team in the second half and won more easily than the score line suggests. Norwich are poor though, how they never scored in the first half is beyond me.
Three points away from home, clean sheet and a nice little unbeaten run building up, all without our leading goal scorer.
UTT.
We should have been out of sight in the first half.
They had so many clear cut chances. We were awful in defence. But we won and therefore we were brilliant. I'm a bit puzzled by it really. 2nd half we had an energy that wasn't there the first half. But why. That's what I dont get. I think we were lucky today but their negative energy probably helped us . I really think they need to behave and get behind their team. That negative energy is,a powerful force

Not really worth mentioning, the first half, we just weren't at the races.

But credit to the gaffer, Schlupp was their main threat, and he changed the system, which put the wing backs further up the pitch, and this nullified their wing threat.

2nd half a different kettle of fish, going to a back 3 or 5 certainly gave us more stability and balance. I thought Slater was very good again, also Crook's as was both Hughes and Egan as well as Ajayi when he came on and Darko is starting to look a good acquisition..

Gelhardt is just a pleasure to watch, Giles is looking much better defensively. Coyle struggles first half again Schlupp, but improved with the change of system.

Norwich reminded me a bit like we were last season, many games we were the better side, but because we didn't take our chances often went away with no points.

A great start to the 3 game week, of course 9 points would be preferred, but if we get 4 points from the next 2 games, I think that is a good return.

I thought that was Crooks’ worst game in a City shirt. Don’t know what he was like in the first half but he coughed up possession so many times in the second half in areas and situations he doesn’t usually. He was lucky his poor touches and passes weren’t punished.
