Winning EL is not a big success for any EPL club Syd, pretty sure any 10 EPL teams not qualified to CL, would end up in top 16 in that league, budgets of opponents are not even close.

TBH, I think he’ll do well. He’ll make them solid defensively & unlike at Everton, he’ll have better attacking players.
Of course it is, There’s plenty of managers at top English clubs that have won absolutely zip, are you saying they wouldn’t want to win the EL? Absolute nonsense. The fact is, they had to beat what was in front of them, they did, they won a European trophy and he’s done a lot more than plenty of managers. Look at the “top managers” that Spurs have had and they’ve won absolutely **** all.
If he’s still there at the end of the season they’ll be relegated.
