the first goal is poor from the sense that adingra should be occupying the space mbeumo drives into when he comes in side, hes far too high and not concerned enough with coming back

he gets the benefit of the doubt because maybe the coaches wanted this, hence the selection? but based on every game this season the left winger would definetly have been deeper

Robin Roefs mind, simple saves pushed away, out of this world save for Bruno effort. Great gathering again and his passing is gonna create a goal soon.
Thing about him is, and the problem I have with him is, I’ve already picked a favourite signing! Or can I have multiples??? (As thee re loads I like for the different things they bring to us!!)

Best keeper we’ve had in a long time. Pickford was the last time we had a keeper of that stature. And I honestly think he’s at least a good. That save from Bruno was unreal. That had the Cantona vs Pirez written all over it!! But Roefs had other ides

First 30 minutes cost us, far too open and got punished.

Played better with 5 at the back. I'm worried about Hume, he's been targeted every game and keeps giving it away. Wouldn't be surprised to see Geertruida or Mukiele get a run at RB.

We still missed some big chances though, especially Talbi's.

Onwards and upwards

Probably the only game humes had a bad day, but harsh don't ya think?

Didn't see anything of the game, followed it on twitter for a while. Disappointing but overall, when we reflect on our start it's been way above expectaions
4 points from 4 away games (only 1 goal scored which is a small concern)
7 points from 3 home games (6 goals scored)

Saw some people on twitter criticising RLB for going 3 at the back at 0-2 as if we should have gone more attacking and got done 5-0

All in all, great start. Need to make sure we are saying the same at the next international break - 3 points against Wolves is critical I'd say as the 3 games that follow will be tough. Hopefully home advantage will help us with 3 of the next 4 at the SOL

Which are the one's you're thinking of in particular ...

... West Ham, Forest, Palace?

Brentford... gave the ball away and Outtara was a fannies hair offside.

Palace... was involved (think he gave it away) when Pino was put clean through and missed.

Forest... Ndoye had him on toast first half. 2nd half he was fannying on in the box at left back and they probably should've scored.

So not one of those resulted in goals ...

... any more shocking examples <whistle>

A couple of thoughts on the game. The line up did look attacking which was a surprise. It nearly paid off with the huge chance Adingra set up for Traore very early. That goes in and obviously the dynamics of the game alter massively.

Overall, we competed well imo. The goals just came at perfect times for Man U and allowed their quality to dictate the game for periods.

His lack of pace was always a concern in this league. Geertruida in against Wolves, please

Mukiele looked good in his little cameo at the weekend. Power and direct, whipped in a great cross too.

Although I dont think RLB will want to make 2 changes to the back 4
