We spent £180 million but got the value of more like £250 million. Some business there.
All of the recruitment team need to stand up to be applauded by every supporter.. What they have achieved and are still achieving is remarkable since that Glorious day at Wembley. All of them are on top of their game and I can only see it getting better and better. Thanks boys.

David Bruce in Portugal predicted that we would finish about 12th, which got smiles and a laugh from the supporters there.
Bet we would not have laughed now.
To be fair that was when we had signed the younger players and only just started on the older ones.
Anyone for top 10?

I backed top 10 at 33 and 25/1

what we’re seeing though is the pull of the prem combined with a club with a plan

I’m incredibly impressed by what I’m seeing and don’t think it’s a flash in the pan

think we’ll give anyone a game at home which is obviously massive and our defensive shape has always been awesome under RLB which makes going away from home slightly easier.

only have to look at the games against Leeds, Burnley and Sheffield united last year, we’d turned up in every one.

Think if we win there we end him.

He is shockingly bad. He’s very likeable but he is so far out of his depth.

Look at their squad and that’s a squad that should be winning a lot of games. The fact he ‘can’t watch’ in certain situations is shocking mentality for such a huge club.

I am expecting us to win. Boy does that feel good being able to say that with confidence. Cannot see the manager staying if we do win.

I'd prefer some pace at LB to cover Mbeumo.
Masuaku does have that, but he can be a bit dodgy on the defence side.

Wouldn’t mind switching to a back 5 for this one and have Talbi on the left with Ballard coming in to offer more aerial support. Mind you, I said the same for Forest and RLB didn’t but got 3 points. So I’ll just back whatever he decides.

Hume wasn’t perfect at left back yesterday but I think I’d prefer Hume left back with Geertruida in at right back for Utd
It’s the first game Hume has struggled. He was being isolated, maybe that was the system we played, but it’s not his best feature someone running at him with pace and skill. I’d imagine it’s not many defenders best quality either mind.
