That's how to deliver a vocal performance, non of that stupid warble type thing at the end of a line some female vocalists like to use now,really annoying that **** is.
Didn't know this... An almost identical riff had been played ten years before on the 1968 Steve Marcus jazz track "Half a Heart", and it has been suggested that Ravenscroft's performance on "guess the song and no googling nor looking at the Youtube comments" may have been influenced by it. please log in to view this image
