Great is a bit of a stretch, but yeah pretty good given the amount of holes we had to fill and the limited budget.

I still put 99.9% of the blame on just how **** last season was on Martin. We should’ve been around the same points total as Leicester/Ipswich which, obviously, was still **** but not as bad as what transpired

Regarding the need to shift the deadwood,
It’s worth pointing out that the window stays open after 7pm in some places. Scotland (11pm) and Portugal (midnight) are today.

Netherlands (Sept 2), Belgium and Switzerland (Sept 8), Turkey and Greece (Sept 12) and Saudi (Sept 23) also open.(you never know <laugh>)
 
I know nothing, but it seems the players that have come in are proven in the positions they play in but are more than competent in other roles. We haven't had many of those over the last couple of seasons

Seems a bit weird that it would only be until January? Are we hoping to then get a small fee for him before his contract is up in the summer
