Hull City legend Brian Horton talks us through Tigers' win over Oxford UnitedLegend....and a thoroughly nice guy...Chatted to him at the postponed Colchester game all those years ago...True gent.
Don’t think it’s a downer at all. Oxford clearly work on their set pieces a lot though huge centre backs who were winning all the flick ons. They’ll score a lot of goals from those situations, hopefully another learning curve for us to stay switched on it dangerous situations for other teams. They created absolutely **** all outside of set piecesWithout wishing to put a downer on yesterday, we've conceded five goals in our last two games, both against pretty mediocre opposition. Our pre-season defence and against Coventry was pretty rock solid and it can't be a coincidence that we've started to give daft goals away since Ajayi has been missing.

I thought it was a good back heel at the time, was nearly in line with him in West Stand, and watching the video someone posted from North Stand still think it was. Anyone claiming he never touched it or it was lucky is talking BS.
Wait til you hit 70.I'm 69 (titter ye not), and I'm listening.
So do I and it was good to see him join in the celebrations of the goal. Having looked again I dont think he did it looked as though he was trying to let it run between his and thedefenders legs.I reckon he touched it.

Brady's bit of slowmo video shows pretty conclusively that he didn't. Shame, would have been a cracking back heel!So do I and it was good to see him join in the celebrations of the goal. Only one was a set piece. To address the original comment about Hughes, we seem to be struggling to deal with crosses without Semi.Don’t think it’s a downer at all. Both of them were defended crosses it was the reaction to the clearanceOnly one was a set piece. To address the original comment about Hughes, we seem to be struggling to deal with crosses without Semi.
The first one wasn’t dealt with properly, and the Wrexham goals? Both of them were defended crosses it was the reaction to the clearance
Wrexham we defended admirably for 90 minutes it was a freak incident where we got caught in 80 seconds of momentum. Sometimes crosses are just good and the finishes matchThe first one wasn’t dealt with properly, and the Wrexham goals?
You’re right. Nothing to see here.Wrexham we defended admirably for 90 minutes it was a freak incident where we got caught in 80 seconds of momentum. Sometimes crosses are just good and the finishes match

I think we’ve had 2 good lessons that Serg has highlighted his disappointment with. Definitely not cause for concern yet certainly will be if we don’t learn from itYou’re right. Nothing to see here.
Was very safe, unless you sit down and lean back without thinking and bang the back of your head on the bar behind you. Similar in that regard to Cov away. What was the verdict on the safe standing?
