Had a message from a mate who's been at the stadium today and said there was around 80 people there in various guises.

He was part of the stewarding operation but said the whole club were practising everything from the players coming out to the banners, which were blank.

The worst aspect was that they had youth team players practising VAR situations for the cameramen.

Whatever happens I hope we win tomorrow without it being analysed to the finest degree ...

... I'd rather it was an OG than a goal that needs five minutes to decipher.

if the team is the same as Augsburg, although I suspect that Alderete might start, the bench would likely be nine from the following 10:

keeper - patto or Moore
Masuaka
Seelt/alderete
Huggins
Neil
Rigg
Enzo
Roberts
Guiu
Isidor

Suspect Huggins might miss out, maybe even Roberts if rigg is seen as enough cover for RW.

Where’s the best place to park nowadays? I always used to park in bridges car park.

I want to get back down onto the A1 as quick as possible after (but don’t worry won’t leave early!!) so ideally somewhere that avoids queues ideally.

Latest rallying cry on RTG, eve of a new PL season <doh>

"How we all feeling about tomorrow, would you chuck in any of the newer signings straight in?

Seelt and Ballard together worry me for pace, are we starting sadiki over le fee or taking our talbi to make room, still really concerned about where the goals are coming from but hopefully a long range cracker goes in. All though a win would be great I would take a point now as it’s something to build on, oh and my god I would love to stick it up all these tossers saying down by Xmas or lowest points ever."

I park in the Sunniside multi story & get out relatively easily to the A19 and then A1, presuming you’re heading south like me :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I always try and get there early enough that I can park on the first couple of levels, and you can pay on arrival on match day to get out quicker too

I was there yesterday as well and it was definitely crowded in places. I honestly think they might still be applying paint right up to kick-off!
I believe there's a new tifo for today. It was packed up but didn't resemble the last one we used - seemed to be partly green...

Well, what was looking like a great 2 weeks is now looking like hell.
Was my 70th on Tuesday, lovely meal out with the family (11 of us), cricket on Wednesday (although Durham managed to lose).
However, currently sat in urgent care @ Darlington Hospital with the wife who we think has got pneumonia for the 3rd time in 2 months (or she has never got rid of it) along with pleurisy which is causing horrendous pain in her rib area on her back. Her infection rate is over 300 and should be 10 after a blood test today after which she got a call at 10pm last night to get straight to hospital.
This means cricket is a no go tomorrow, Saturday is looking unlikely as us our yearly visit to York next week when I go to 3 days racing.
I can live with not going to the cricket and probably the races but I am going to have to do beg someone to do the visiting on Saturday afternoon so I can get to the game as I'm desperate to go, along with my 3 sons and 3 grandchildren. <wah>
Best wishes mate.

Well today has arrived and im up early excited and nervous, yet calm.

8 long years since we where last in the premier league, 8 years of blood, sweat and a fair few tears and thats just us fans.

Only words I can think of are
