That was laughable, they're so desperate to play their bloody long throw game that they had towels stitched into their shirts.

Then the referee books Shotton/Delap get booked for removing their shirts.

The thing that amazed me when we played Stoke, is that everything was a dangerous set piece. If they got a freekick on the edge of their own box, they'd have their whole team in our box waiting for the cross; if they got a throw in from half way, they got their whole team in our box waiting for the high throw; if there was a goal kick.. and you see where this is going. It was truly comical, especially as all of their fans were really loving it too.

The best thing about our game with them was Danny Simpson taking the piss out of them by using their towels. Mega lols!

Delaps been wearing the bib for away games for months, its being raised because tv finally noticed. What's worse is the reason the towels were banned, QPR were 'doing a Newcastle' and using the towels, so Stoke removed them at half time. Big babies.

Whereas I have no problem with them using towels to dry the ball, it has to be an even playing field. Either there are towels for both sides, or no towels at all (including under the shirt). This smacks badly of them wanting to gain an unfair advantage and throwing their toys out of the pram when they have been rumbled. I'm really keen for us to provide towels for the home game. Why you might ask? Well I reckon the towels should have different messages on them. Something like:

"You gonna throw this long again? Boring"
"You do know this is not really football, right?"
"So when exactly did you sell your footballing soul?"
"Newcastle are better at this than you"
"You must hate Danny Simpson, he really took the mick at your place"

Mine are quite tame, I thought I'd leave the nasty stuff to you guys.

It is an insult to our league and football in general. I was quite pleased to see you beat Blackburn just like I loved seeing you thump Stoke. We have both taken these two heathens apart and I take pride in that!

I hate how they have the pitch made smaller just so they can use the long throws, would love the FA to ban the use of towel including ones up your shirt and set a standard pitch size.

They'd be screwed and would probably drop out the league cause they can't play any other type of football.
