The concern to me is that we've already got our income for Philogene and Greaves. So where's the 20m coming from?

Well there's hopefully £3m for Jones over the next few years, £1.5m for Alzate, £500k for Macca, money for Smith, Mehlem, Racioppi, Simons, Jacob loan fee, Omur loan fee (?).

Then no doubt some more at some point when we move more on. The cash flow seems to be the crucial point, as long as we have fees coming in we'll be able to make the payments out, which sounds like will be our defence in this appeal.

Thats about 7m tops, well short. And we'll spend money on frigan etc too.

Realistically we're hoping belloumi, Hughes and Pandur bring in big fees but I think the concern is understandable.

Yes but we don't have to make as much money as we bring in, just have some cash flow. That's what the debt is all about.

It's grim but it's just how football seems to work at this level these days. The bubble will burst eventually you'd imagine.

This.... we own £20 million over 4 years...

That’s a little over £415,000 a month. I’m not a fan of Acun and how he’s running the club, but that doesn’t seem astronomical in context of how much it costs to be a championship club? We spend an estimated £1,500,000 each month just in wages, for example.

I know,can't see what all the fuss is about,it's nowt:emoticon-0148-yes:We'll get £70 million for Hughes,that'll square it:emoticon-0148-yes:

Ryan Giles is a natural left back who hasn't lived up to the standards based on when we signed him. When he's had consistent game time in the Championship, he's racked up seasons with 11 and 9 assists.

Burstow and Joseph may be able to do a job on the left, but it's not their natural position. They don't really run at their man, or get to the byline and whip the ball in.

And as has been mentioned previously, neither does Kamara, and I'd definitely be interested to see how he would play if he was more centrally.

Giles has it on him to have another season like those previous. It seems obvious he was just waiting for his move to Boro last season and not prepared to give 100%. Now he ****ed up at Boro he really has a point to prove. I think this managers more attacking style will suit him well.

So are the EFL now able to block stuff on predicting the future! We could sell and academy player for £20m at the end of next season....who knows.

I don't think it's out of the question that Hughes will eventually raise that kind of money. You would hope that the EFL will use common sense and realise we have assets we can cash in if necessary.
