Personally think we only need a winger for the next 6-8 weeks. Disappointed by this, feels like all it does is block the path of the youngsters.
To be fair we probably need another one, as having just Brown and Kamara with no wingers on the bench is asking for trouble. This guy looks like he can play on either wing and is quite direct.
Two year contract so not exactly much of an outlay, can't be on big wages either. Willing to give him a chance!

But there's Belloumi and Millar back after the September INT break. Even if those 2 are only bit part players till January, we wouldn't need another winger.

Akintola is an excellent signing. He has come through the Brentford model via Midtjyland (however the **** it’s spelt). He’s a good direct winger similar to Millar that loves running at the enemy and is comfortable playing on either wing. Hats off to the brain team with this one.
I'm pleased we're signing someone with genuine pace, always good to have that option.
Are you joking? We have one fit senior winger. Two wingers for each side is necessary and still allows under-21 players like Brown a chance. Brown will definitely be in the squad against Coventry.
