I’ve been to Mexico, a long time ago. It was fantastic at that time and I’m sure it’s great now. Tell the boy to turn the QPR social media feed off and enjoy his holiday!

He's not actually seeing anything of Mexico. They've gone to an all-inclusive in Cancun to meet up with the the rest of my family. I'm stuck here with my dog and my daughter's cat. The only time I've been to Mexico was also a long time ago when we drove down from San Diego and spent a day in Tijuana, which was pretty grim.

I used to get the bus up from Belize to Cancun for the weekend, when it was little more that a glorified fishing village back in the early 90s. Went back years later with my missus, what a difference. Totally transformed to cater to the American tourist market

They can do a day trip to Chichen Itza from there I think, which is well worth it no matter how much they’ve touristed it up. Even though my knowledge dates from 1987.

I'll pass that on, but I think they just want to chill after a pretty full-on South American tour. They even got to the Galapagos.
