My guess is we’re in a game of chicken with the bids we’ve currently got in, and I can’t see anything happening until they get rejected or accepted. The players have obviously said they’re open to coming it’s just down to the clubs now
Just seen that BILD who said we won’t increase our offer for Xhaka and that we want to pay him 165k a week. Also said Ekitike only wanted to move to Newcastle 
if those Italian media reports are true, Lucumi’s agent has been in Spain trying to convince Atletico and Villarreal to bid for him. Atletico have bought Hancko, and if Zeze does go to
Villarreal, that might leave us to get Lucumi. Hopefully Bournemouth stay clear.

Would depend who the RCB was - if we signed a proper top quality RCB then Zeze would be more than enough that I wouldn't worry about the slight drop from Lucumi to Zeze - Zeze could genuinely go for 80m in a couple of years and in my opinion is one of the most exciting CBs about.
Zeze and Diakite for instance would be cheaper than Lucumi and Diakite and we'd have 2 with massive sell on potential, but maybe you lose a bit of nous that Lucumi brings.
