... he has so much experience and quality I think he'll just come in, start on the front foot and be totally professional.

Said it previously on the thread but I think Talbi might have the highest ceiling of any player we've signed on a permanent in a long time.

 

See now I think that but for Diarra. Great claims for every single signing we’ve made

He’s a total unknown to me, that excites me, that and just looking at him he looks like he should be good

 

That's kind of why i've put Adingra and Reinildo at the bottom even though I'm excited about them as well. I've seen them both play enough to kind of know what to expect, the other 3 could be anything

 

Feel like this is another one that is gonna fizzle out for me. Just a feeling.

BILD are pretty meh with transfer fees but as always Leverkusen will likely accept below 20 with add ons. The price is always quoted higher

I’m happy that if we sign him the club do not care about the price and think he’s a needle mover

that is all that matters to me

 

If he can keep us up he pays for himself, pointless getting hung up on fee’s as fans

 

The thing that excites me most about Talbi is he seems to do everything at pace. Everything. His short burst of speed is immense.

I get people saying they expect him to be a squad player but I think he’ll surprise people and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him start the season as our right winger

If it was on talent alone, he’d be one of the first names on the team sheet. I think he might be in and out for the first 2-3 months while he gets used to the club and style of play. After that, I’d expect him to be starting every game.
