Not a chance, they wanted 15m from Neom nevermind 20m for us. Don't believe that report at all

 

from the other day, expect 12m to make it happen, then they pushed them to 15m and neom moved on

 

BILD are good but I’d be surprised if it’s around €20 million.

the thing is if we’ve already contacted Leverkusen and our journalists are still saying we’re interested we’re happy with whatever the quoted price is.

I think there's every chance we've asked at 10, they've said 20 but would settle at 15.

 

Similar happened with BILD when we sold Jobe, potentially Leverkusen saying that to push us to meet in the middle.

 

Sacha is also very good and says it would be around 12 for Leverkusen to accept

one of them is wrong

 

We've all said their's "saudi tax" on the 15m quoted to NEOn justifying to ourselves why it would be 10m for us.

But they may also put a "premier league tax" on it.

Guess we'll see what happens. hopefully breaks soon there's an agreement.

 

I don't really like BILD tbh, jump the gun a lot and speculate - but on stuff that's true.

That’s a good point. BILD were notorious during the Bellingham saga saying Dortmund wouldn’t pay over X fee. Which they did end up paying over.

as I said above we’ve already contacted Leverkusen and are still interested so the fee won’t be ridiculous

yeh 100% the final price won't be 20. But I wouldn't be surprised if thats the negotiating position theyre taking if we've gone in with 10. They'll be seeing how high we'll go. we have to stick to our guns

 

They aren’t as trustworthy as other big newspapers like L’Equipe etc

they get real transfers and throw random fees on them etc as they did with jobe

 

Looks like Xhaka could be on and we're just haggling over price
