Just need to get one of these type of deals over the line to put another marker down, and Xhaka could be it due to KLD.
What's funny is this time yesterday we had no idea Xhaka was even possible.
And right now, its just as likely we get a HERE WE GO about a player we've not thought possible, as it is we get one on Lucumi or Xhaka.

At times it genuinely doesn’t feel real. Like I trusted the club to have a go this summer but didn’t expect what we’ve had so far and who we are being linked with.

My biggest concerns about Sunderland's business this summer, as promising as it looks is...
1) The age of the signings made
2) Their lack of Premier League experience (except Adingra)
3) How many will be going to AFCON
Granit Xhaka solves all 3, and that's before you even get to his still absolutely elite passing ability.

They definitely have no money like, getting embarrassing for them.
Watched some footage of him last night and he looks absolutely class, and just what we need at LCB.
Obviously overshadowed by the Xhaka news last night but he would be some signing for us.
I think on reflection I want Lucumi more than I want Xhaka. And I really really want Xhaka.
Mainly followed by Napoli journalists and it reads as a speculation piece regarding their interest to N’doye
Xhaka, Lucumi and Lemmens and I'd genuinely be happy to make no more signings until deadline day.
