Surprised really. Clearly Oscar is keen. He more than anyone would make sense getting on a loan with an obligation to buy and we wouldn’t even have to register him in the 25 as he couldn’t play.
How can we have an obligation to buy when we don't know if we'll be able to?

We can’t commit to any transfer fee under the restriction, so no obligations to buy.
I think its all fair point that cash flow is the problem, but it has got out of hand and I suspect it is going to get a lot worse yet. It's going to severly impact our season and I believe Acun will be gone before it has ended. The story that we are not getting a loan with a view to pay on Zambrano is significant. I think the epl will block the attempt at signing Frigan in this manner too. Acun reign will end much as it has existed, without anywhere enough firepower up front. Those players still at the club will probably be looking at their options and along will come Ehab rubbing his hands at the chance to sell players and make even more money from selling off Hull city assets. I really hope I am wrong. Maybe Sir Adam will ride in on a white horse. It's happened before in my time.

It’s hard to think about,that €7 million euros would have got us 3 players who could have transformed our season Zambrano/Barry/McBurnie and we can’t even do that,add frigan for the extra €5 to €7 million total €14 million and we could have been pushing top 6,how the **** could he **** up so bad.
