Passion at the SoL

At long last, we have some passion back at the SoL.........

For too long the crowd have been subdued because we had naff all to cheers about !! Same old shyte served on a plate by Brucie week in week out.

The fantastic appointment by Mr Short has lifted the city and it was great to feel and hear the players get the FULL backing of the crowd in the 2nd half. The players responded and have at at last sampled the atmosphere that must have warmed their innards, who would not crave more of that at every home game?

It appears that we may have 3 new stars to wear the kit with pride in McLean, Vaughan,........ and hopefully Noble will get a start to show us and the Premiership his undoubted talent.

A couple of tough trips to London lay ahead ....... but what great preparation.

We were f*cking sh7t until the substitutions - after that we deserved to win. I am pished now but plan to get pishter!!

I believe that was the Blackburn fans Badger. When they scored their goal, there was alot of shouting going on from them towards the Sunderland fans, with alot of middle finger's reaching for the sky; from the quick snippet that was shown on FoxSports.

 

There was actually some people behind me who did boo at half time, and I tore into them with a few choice verbals....Funny how they were not booing at the end eh...

Disagree Bart. We weren't playing ****, we were just having no luck in front of goal, and Samba & Dann were shutting us down constantly. I agree that when McLean came on we got better, but up until then we weren't playing ****. Nothing like we have been up to this point in the season.

I heard a few boos, but I guess it was a token gesture because we were losing at half time ......... and were pretty sedate in the final 3rd really. The only way we wrere gonna score was from 25 yds out !!

I was watching he game with a load of jocks and we were getting slated mate - and rightly so!!!!
