Who cares....doesn't mean he's got any truthful info.I don't believe this story myself but just from a credibility perspective, this journalist has 380k followers.

I don’t see it as contradicting myself. Some are just reading too much into everything and dissecting every comment. I think you’d argue with yourself if the room was empty
I don’t get what’s so hard to understand, we supposedly offered a figure we felt he was worth and moved on. Brentford offered more and moved on, Sunderland paid the asking price as supposedly nobody else felt he was worth that much
A few Sunderland fans get excited because they’ve beaten Leeds to a player Leeds were supposedly no longer interested in
I’ve inserted a few supposedly comments to avoid further dissecting
James Copley - Sunderland are set to land Djordje Petrovic for £21.5m

Hey man....chill. We're in the same boat, trying to improve our squads ready for the extreme demands of the PL. The debate around who is a target for who, will be front and centre until the window closes. We've always seen Leeds as a rival, going back into the 60's....and 1973. If I was told I could choose only one away match this match season....Elland Road would be it! Our clubs are the same essentially.....wonderful support, under achieved over decades....ready to upset the PL hierarchy! Let's go for it!If you’re face to face you can explain things easier, I guess when a rival fans posts something debatable, questionable, controversial, different to what you believe on a forum it becomes a post mortem for some
What the **** is going on. It's intoxicating.
They are going to let PL games go to penalties this season. He's really good at saving them so we're getting in early. What the **** is going on. It's intoxicating.

Sunderland’s recruitment team are understood to have agreed the framework of a deal worth around £21.5m with their counterparts at Stamford Bridge and are trying to engineer a swift resolution to the ongoing discussions.
However, they are not the only club to have held talks with Chelsea over the Serbia international, who spent last season playing in the French top-flight with Strasbourg, where he was a team-mate of Diarra.
Bournemouth are also understood to have held advanced discussions as they look to sign a replacement for Kepa Arrizabalaga, who spent last season on loan at the Vitality Stadium, but who completed a permanent move to Arsenal from Chelsea earlier this week.
Bournemouth have discussed financial terms of their own with the Chelsea hierarchy, with two continental clubs also believed to be involved ongoing talks over Petrovic.
Sunderland officials are aware of the competition, hence their desire to hold personal talks with Petrovic and his representatives as quickly as possible. Ideally, Sunderland would like to have the situation resolved before the end of the weekend.
Reads well that. They are talking about the “framework of a deal worth”. I reckon that’s the same with most of our deals. I reckon We won’t be spending all the money now, it’ll be spread on a number of the deals. You must log in or register to see media
