Well, went for my morning ****, open insta and the first thing I see is a Fab ‘here we go’

The penny pinching bastards have only gone and smashed the transfer record for the second time in a month.

Well done SAFC, this is a real coup by looks of it (and the first of the players brought up on here as a top potential target we’ve gone and got I believe)

Whatever we thought we could do this window, it would appear we wildly underestimated it.

    We are coming!

From thinking Henderson would be a statement to this is mad, big question where does this leave Matete?

Looks like we’re all over the French market, Régis’s knowledge of the market shining through.

It’s made my little heart melt seeing Fabrizio photoshop one of our shirts onto a player, that’s how you know we are in the big time

    It really is exciting this.

We could sign literally anyone. Interesting that the Diarra link was one of the last to break, and the first to get a ‘here we go’.

    We may know nothing <laugh>

So it’s all been a blur mate, catching up on little blasts between graft all week so skimmed peoples thoughts.

Give me your straight up opinion on Habib, in simple terms.

Seem him couple times last season and he was very involved.

It feels like a Brighton type signing. One that if he develops as we hope, his value will double within a couple of seasons.

Similar mate, i think his upside is huge - i could see him turning into a 70 million player!!

I agree with @JimHeron92 yesterday that his defensive work is the area he really needs to improve on but love his ability in possession and the way he covers the ground. We need players that can get about the pitch and this lad does that, love watching him with the ball at his feet - a proper player imo

    Really excited by this signing

Definitely not, just felt that something was happening in the background and we leaked the Bulka deal to Fab to throw teams of the scent of something else big happening

This is Diarra card for EA Sports database.

For those who don’t know, they use the same database as top clubs scouting departments etc and update and track stats weekly.

76 would make him about par with Enzo as our top player and a top 12 level PL midfielder.

Enzo potential is 81 (top 6 midfielder) 83 is Enzo Fernandez levels so a bottom end world class player so that’s immense growth potential.

Rigg, as a side note, has 89 potential.

89 is top 30 in world.

Don’t sleep on these cards, they are insanely accurate and they have often predicted many big starts early.

Yeah I try not to come across as negative, maybe more managing expectations when it's so easy to just say every new signing is perfect. I'm over the moon for diarra but if he develops under Regis which seems almost impossible not to do then we have one of the best young midfielders in Europe with one of the best youth midfielders in Europe behind him.
