Can't beat the Championship mind. What a league. You think you know what's going to happen before it starts. These three to go up, these five or six to contest the play offs. These eight or so to float around the middle.

Easy! But last season, here comes Sunderland, uninvited, popping and fizzing into the room like a loosed off firework, upsetting the order of things.

Almost every year one, or sometimes even two clubs do this. Bloody great!

I'm saying Bristol City as a surprise package this year.
