I've had four orders returned to the warehouse undelivered this week, two because they forgot to put their house number, one because a bloke in Ireland entered his country as Iceland and one because someone in the UK put their country as Spain (you don't even need to to put a country if you're in the UK, it defaults to the UK).
I pay to send it, then I have to pay to get it back, then I have to pay to send it again.
The ****s them.
Woman selected flat 2 from a drop down menu after entering her postcode the other day and then emailed to say, written just like this 'I LIVE IN A HOUSE SO WHY HAVE YOU PUT FLAT ON MY ORDER'
Thank christ I don't need to deal with them and just see the odd passing email. I don't have the skills to communicate professionally with people like her!
