Off Topic What grinds your gears

We get it so much. I'm glad you've said this as I was starting to wonder if it was our system.
Woman selected flat 2 from a drop down menu after entering her postcode the other day and then emailed to say, written just like this 'I LIVE IN A HOUSE SO WHY HAVE YOU PUT FLAT ON MY ORDER'
Thank christ I don't need to deal with them and just see the odd passing email. I don't have the skills to communicate professionally with people like her!

 

They look like gimps as well don't they. Fully grown adults zooming around on a kids toy.

The worst are the teenagers, usually with a zipped up puffa jacket and balaclava on a boiling hot day zooming around. Proper bad man you lad.

 

Last three days I’ve been going down anlaby rd about 4pm
Gang of about five of them on like mini motor bikes pulling wheelies on the wrong side of the road not giving a ****
No coppers anywhere

 

The bikes are probably stolen and when one crashes and dies the media report it as a motorcyclist killed in accident.

I could go on.

 

Police won't pull them over.

Public safety concerns.


They can basically ride the way they want to safe in the knowledge that no one will touch them.

 

I had some nearly in my boot on orchard park the other day. Not sure if they were trying to scare me or just being nobs but one touch of my brakes and I'd have been carrying passengers in the back!

 

I got told that the other day too. Partly health and safety and also risk to themselves. The copper who told me said he has had several messages on Facebook threatening him and his kids from these clowns. They think they're untouchable

 

How does that even make sense?? (not you but how the police would view it).
It's bonkers. They're breaking the law. Do them. Simple as. As I (and others) keep saying, this country is utterly ****ed. We need a complete reset on so many fronts.

 

Will be reported as “a loveable rouge having a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone than followed by a balloon release with white doves and a gang of scrotes in Ballies riding round the estate in black clothing on illegal motorbikes with plod watching on but not wanting to cause any ill feeling so letting them get on with it “

 

Don’t forget the go fund me funeral as they won’t pay but would do anything for him and he’d do anything for anyone

 

Plod should fly one of their drones and follow the little feckers home, then go in and nick them.

Utter lawlessness and it's getting worse...

I live just outside Glasgow in a town with a capacity of 60k + residents...Police Station is closed at nights and Weekends? I still see the odd copper around the place,especially if there's something 'big' going on but generally their presence is low key.

It's got to the stage where you do your own policing in your own street.

 

Then it’s the obligatory collection of **** tied to trees etc and ****ty plastic bouquets. I’d put the ****s head on a pole so the rest can see what being a **** gets you.

 

I agree. Hard water is also healthier for you than soft water, and many of the bottled waters wouldn't meet the health criteria to be allowed out of the tap.

One minor downside is that if you get a shower in another area, you end up feeling like you're at a bubble party if you use your normal amount of shampoo.

 

What brand of descaler do you use DMD??
