If she's getting there under sail, there might not be a Palestine for her to lead by the time she arrives.

She'll probably take a wrong turn into the black sea, and get missiled by Ukraine...now that would be funny...

Although not possible but she'll find a way.

We can hope. More likely the thing gets turned around miles away from the place. Would love to know what the plan is once they get there. The bloke from Game of Thrones is on there too just because.

Aftermath of the Qiibya massace in 1953 where 70 Palestinians, mostly women and children were massacred by Israeli forces

We could go on

But the point was that this started long before Oct 7th.
yeah, but no one really knows why, probably a missing goat 3,500 years ago.

Could you be arsed? She’s 22. Go and get a geology degree and spend your student loan in Vodka Revs.

No, but I suspect with Trump in power she's had to leave off climate projects for a while, so wants a new hobby. I think she'd be better off getting herself a boyfriend personally, well unless she is gay, in which case a girlfriend.

I might turn the news on to catch up....but the sun is shining, so again I might not.

No tizz - just cold hard disgust ... and sadly not a new feeling ...

"We've eliminated 3 terrorists 'transporting' explosives' ...

"We've no idea about the 200 injured and dead..."

Same old rhetoric ... same old acceptance from mugs and muppets.

Yes we come back to Israel being obligated to fight the perfect war against an enemy reliant on putting their people in the middle. Unless you want this to last forever, Hamas’ tactics guarantee some of your pets will die. The days of kings leading their army into battle on horseback in a big field somewhere are over.

No need for perfection - just have respect for civilians - it ain't rocket science, which, ironically, Israel has plenty of...

Sun won't affect your remote mate ...

... always happy to help.

TV's not been on at all this morning..

I've been sorting the internet out as it happens, because I noticed my security camera relay was down. Thus my tv will not work without an internet connection, because it uses chromecast..

Why you so obssessed with the news anyway this Sunday morning, try relaxing, take yourself for a walk, clear your head.

Go for a walk most days - but relaxing this weekend as starting a new gig next week after a few months off ... one of my biggest and, hopefully, my last - although you never know - and I'm not planning to retire for a few years ...

Ok. They should have put you in charge and guaranteed an undisclosed acceptable ratio of civilian deaths in a war lasting forever. Whatever your definition of “respect for civilians” is would only change with whatever Israel does. You’re too drunk on the Hamas kool-aid in your news rabbit hole to see how mental your expectations are of each side.

Now this is getting interesting - and because I'm always open to thinking beyond blinkers - happy to put this out ...

The US /Israeli run GHF is claiming that the reports of deaths and injuries at crowds near their facility at Rafah are 'fabricated and untrue...'

A Brit doctor at the Nasser Hospital treating injured says this:

... now she's saying that all the injured being treated have gunshot wounds - whilst earlier reports were citing tanks were involved - now it might just be semantics because tanks will have machine guns - but I was expecting it to be announced that many of the injuries were shrapnel from exploding tank rounds etc ...??

So doesn't quite all add up ...

Already accepted another role mate ... see above . <ok>

... and as you don't know me and 'seem' totally blinded by the 'poor us' mantra - you'll forgive me for dismissing most of your bleating, out of hand.

Fossie, i have zero sympathies for you <laugh>.

Your house round their has probably quadrupled from when you bought it.

As brb has said downsize especially now your girls have got their own lives.

Saying that though i reckon its always good to work part time even when you are older to keep your brain working and stimulated.
