From figures speculated we reduced wage bill from 28-30M level to 18-20M level last year, I suppose we will be somewhere in middle this year.

38.5 grand a week seems a lot for a manager but as no one can actually show a wage packet on here I’ll take it with a pinch of salt

Are you sure? Kyle Joseph is 2 years older than Burstow, hardly an 'older head'. Tim didnt use him much because he wasnt a very good football player and his attutude to hard work was uncooperative. Selles appeared to prefer Kyle Joseph, who many on here feel is a terrible player and was in the team to run. Bit strange your man with 'speed' didnt get the gig isnt it?

I never said Joseph was an older head.

They relied on Pedro when they should have maybe Played Joseph up front constantly we may have seen a better version of him.

You were talking about Burstow though. I have no issue with Joseph, he did what he was asked to do. You could see how we set up under Selles he was being asked to pressure the opposition and goals were expected to come from other areas. He got on with it and did what was asked. Unlike someone else who thought trying to be funny on social media when the manager was sacked would make him a shoe in under the new guy.

Two years at that age is a lot in football. Thought you'd know that with all your Academy contacts.

I would assume that’s why so many were linked and appeared at odds on prices in the betting because something was leaked or someone heard about who we were talking to and then they turned us down.
