Was gonna say I feel bad for Stuart Harvey since i could swear hes been out there for months each season and we have only signed Jewi - but i would kill to be able to spend time in south america watching football.
He wants to come home. Wether it will happen is a different thing.
Not sure about this mind. Would he have the legs.
But where is home anyway? He's spent most of his adult life in Liverpool , his wife and family are from there, so moving here would be an odd leap.
Look if he’s cheap enough he’s MASSIVE for the dressing room and will be helpful to see games out but I can’t imagine us signing him to play a big part
Others have said it as have I in the past. He sold his soul to the Arabians when he decided to go and play there. To be honest, I couldn’t give a toss about marriage equality or the perceived inequities of homosexual people today. But he said that he did and was vocal about it. Then he goes off to the Middle East to ply his trade. So that made a mockery of all his virtue signalling with his rainbow laces. If there is two things I value it’s honesty and integrity, which I don’t think he has. And it’s a shame because he was a brilliant football player.
5m for him is unbelievable. He’ll have half the clubs in Europe trying to sign him.

Hopefully the infrastructure and scouting network gets a massive boost with the prem money now. Wonder if we still sign a few more long term prospects like aleksic/abdouhalli in the higher price brackets. Hope the trey ogunsuyi contract gets sorted now, still want the academy to be front and centre
I think we will, I won't be surprised to see us go after promising youngsters from England as well
There were a few rumours of looking at signing quite a few really promising u18s from other teams

The recruitment has been so good it means I can just sit back and trust the club to do their best.
Supporters naturally speculate about potential signings but what actually happens usually bears little relation to what they suggest.
No one was talking about Bellingham, Mayenda, Isidor, Hume, Ballard, Le Fée, Mundle, etc before we signed them ...

If you were a neutral and a youngster, we must be really tempting. Seeing her likes of jobe and rigg gets unreal minutes for their age. Hopefully our reputation is high, and keeps growing. Would like to see the academy keep getting developed, that’s where our money will be. I know I’m not after a lot
The thing giving me confidence about signings that seem out of reach we pulled the likes of ELF in the championship. So we’ve obviously got a big pull. Premier league football and a view at developing players
I’m far too impatient and nosey, I can’t help but get excited by every bit of transfer news.
