Not singling the lad out, and he has big potential but I think it’s hard to justify Riggs place in starting 11. Off the ball he works hard, positionally does well, but in a team that’s struggling for creativity, he rarely brings any in the 10 role. He’s not the only issue mind

Pretty concerned now to be honest. Individual performance levels are still miles below the standard required.

The lack of winger signing is really hurting us. We've got a central midfielder on the left and whatever the **** Roberts is on the right, absolutely zero threat in behind and it's killing us.

Mepham is having a stinker.

Agreed. We need to sort it out. This isn't playing off mode. It's slow and boring. Again. I hope we sort it as this level with get absolutely whooped in the play offs.

Im in the “hope they lift it for the playoffs” camp. It’s unfortunate it’s a hope rather than expectation now tho

I agree. Still believe if Sheff United turn up they win promotion regardless of others

My worry is the ability to get the big game mentality

the players clearly don’t care about these fixtures, they’re trying not to get hurt or over work it’s black and white in front of us

but are they going to get to the play offs and just want it? That’s the worry for me

We were in around the playoffs when he arrived, yes he got us over the line then decided to **** of for more money
He done a cracking job to get us up after taking over from Johnson, we were all over the shop at the back when he arrived. Made us solid = promotion

Not sure anyone is scared of playing us. If the front 3 for the first leg is ELF, Isidor, Roberts with Rigg in behind i'm not confident.

Desperate for Mundle and Mayenda.

I want Mayenda to play simply because we are honking at using Isidor at the minute, he should’ve done better with Pattos ball but that once again is all he’s had

Rigg is doing fine. Hope this is a game of 2 halves mind.

His movement has been honking to be honest. Nothing sticks either. I get the service is bad but he's barely even showing.

can Le Bris pick ANY 11 players that can get a result ? this is getting very bad for him now if we don't beat QPR he has to go the next day too small a squad we have.

It just seems we’re avoiding challenges all over the park …

… I can see why but Oxford are certainly taking advantage.

I’d take Mepham off before he’s booked again as well.

I rarely post during the match, but we're going through the motions here.

Le Fee plays better against better teams, we're being brought down to their level and we can't match them physically.
