Be amazed if they sell a block, I think we’ll approach it with the right attitude too and get a performance, just a shame it’s an early kick off
I’m glad it is! Wouldn’t have been able to go to a later one as I’m doing my Bon Jovi tribute show in Darlington on the night and need to be there for 6!

Sums up our attitude for the match , not one player but three players and not one of ours . The lad taking the free kick scored a worldie the week before so we should have had a good idea that he can really strike the ball which he did . Reaction from our players absolutely zilch .
Disagree totally there. It’s nothing to do with attitude. It’s about those few seconds. Had we turned and ran back when you suggest, it leaves their players unmarked. He then passes to someone standing edge of the box and our players get slated. Defenders at every level do the same. Deal with the free kick first. Their players knew what was happening and were moving before he struck the ball. Turn your back there and it flies past you, you get slated! And that’s literally what the attackers did. Happens every level from grass roots to champions league and international. Its nowhere near as easy as most believe
