You conveniently forget that it was the Tory Goverment that has got us in to the mess. Starmer is making decisions that some / none of us like, but only time will tell whether he is right or wrong, it's too soon to be judgemental. It may be true that it will make a huge impact for decades to come, so will Trumps behaviour, who knows where that will lead?
The successful people & entrepreneurs that are leaving the UK is staggering and only growing. = Traitors to the UK and only seeking to improve their own wealth.
A law that says you have to live in the uk for at least 6 months a year to own property here would be very helpful!

Well I know plenty of other "exceptions" too. I only know one other business owner that has left - he's gone to Lisbon - but that's because he has significant mental health issues and is running to the next place.
I get what you're saying, but if we're going on personal experience, which you were when you said "everyone I know that owns business is saying the same", then that's not my experience at all.
