Can’t see us winning TBH, we’re slow & predictable at getting forward.
....... we survive by the skin of our teeth.
I'm just teetering into your camp Brucie. Got a draw written all over it. Then hoping for a Preston, West Brom, and Coventry treble....To make the trip down to Pompey, for those going, a lovely day out on the south coast, and not a nail biting angst filled afternoon asking for the latest scores from God knows where.

Derby are going to come at us like a train & we’ll be sitting there like rabbits in the train’s headlights!
Pandur needs to be on top form to even get a draw.
I always say forget the other teams & other games & concentrate on our game, but I think this week we need the other teams to step up & finish off those at the bottom & we survive by the skin of our teeth.

It's depressing that City may only stay up by the skin of their teeth relying on other teams to lose
The squad is clearly not good enough to compete at this level so who will Selles keep & who will be let go ?
Are we talking about a mass clearout ?

I think that we have some great players & some bang average & others that need upgrades for!
Hopefully when we get back the walking wounded, & sign a striker who can actually score goals, get the LB position sorted properly, we’ll have the basis of a decent side.
It is entirely dependent on staying up though!

don’t think we need a mass clear out we have had some really bad luck this season 4 or 5 main players out for most of the season, 3 or 4 additions only in the places we need would be good.

It really must be a game we have to win, listening to 1904 podcast and the BBC Derby commentator he mentioned against West Brom they only had 35% of the ball, but WB just passed side to side, and Derby picked them off on the counter or set pieces.

This is how we often play, so we have to make sure we get the ball forward quicker and don't fall into that trap.

Exactly this a big clear out is the last thing we need.
Even if it takes a few seasons to be challenging the psy offs I'd much rather do it all bit each season rather than a full overhaul and expect it to work

Here we go again. We undoubtedly lack a goalscorer, and they've let the pressure get to them lately, but it still remains a fact that our form under Selles is mid-table. Even if we don't get another point, our ppg would be 1.22, if that had been over the season to date we'd have had 54 points and been 14th. One more win in our last two would see us survive just, and give us a ppg of 1.33 which over season to date would have seen us 12th. If anyone is about to say it's only the recent form that counts, Selles' 1st 10 games = 1.4ppg, next 10 = 1.2ppg, last 5 = 1.4ppg (1.4 over season to date is 9th place).

I get what he means
