It’s always a 4-3-3 every game. Interestingly that formation is being used less and less by PL sides. We've won 18 and lost 10 premier league games, which tells me my eyes aren't wrong when things don't go to plan. When things aren't going well they simply don't react and don't even try to fix things in those games. Perhaps it's really not possible because all our players on the bench are ****, but I don't thing so. It's a cop out to suggest nothing can be done and that's why we lose games. Shuffle things around change something, swap full backs, double up on a player, put 5 at the back and midfield.
When something is a glaringly obvious issue they should try to address it.

It's absolutely true that we're in a good position and huge credit for that, but there's litterally no in game management taking place based on what's happening on the pitch.. It's all pre planned eyes on the next game stuff.
4-2-3-1 is now the preferred formation.
We just do the same thing week in and week out. Which mostly gets us results.
But when it goes wrong it goes majorly wrong. I can think of at least 3 games we have conceded 4. And implosion usually happens.
