yeah they have already in effect bankrupted the council and to make it worse they think other groups are going to try the same thing.
@Sucky Westminster Bridge gets a menshy https://www.mylondon.news/news/zone-1-news/met-police-officers-dress-batman-31405596?int_source=nba The Metropolitan Police has resorted to using comic book tactics to take down scammers on Westminster Bridge. Cops operating in the area were becoming too easily recognised by crooks who dupe tourists into gambling their money on rigged cup-and-ball games.
Anonymous has released 10TB of data allegedly proving links between Russia directly financing Trump and political association with Elon Musk. Still fairly new, so I don't have the details and haven't seen it first hand, just what I've been reading. I don't know how verified the documents are. I doubt at this point it will negatively impact Trump any- those that hate him hate him and those that don't will forgive anything. But this could be the smoking gun that links Trump to foreign interference that Trump's apologists will chose to ignore.
Watched the White House briefing earlier, where they had a guest. It was a pretty horrific to listen to, as some mother described in detail how her daughter was killed by a migrant. It's sad and not certainly wasn't nice to listen to.....BUT putting anger and emotion to one side, there is that sense I feel by expressing ourselves in this way in front of the world media, could result in a Bubba from the Scarecrow movie...giving rise to lynch mobs of innocent people...maybe that makes me a do-gooder, but in my eyes it's just a sense or precaution when treading this path, either way they can have some pretty horrific outcomes.
Violence against Asians spiked in the US during COVID. I'm quite sure the constant calling COVID "Chinese Flu" by the President had nothing to do with that.
You’ve only got to venture over to GC to see how easily certain people in society are constantly angry when being drip fed hate stories.
Came across this horrific political story today, it was something I had seen Giorgia Meloni commemorate (yesterday) - it's quite sad, but also blantantly obvious from the beginning of reading it, it's all to do with very in depth political diffferences and hate, you would hope people take warning from this, but sadly no, and I do fear having read it, what is a commemoration has also become a bit of stance to cement those differences even more over time, without any intention to be disrespectful, let me know what you think... https://wheremonstersareborn.com/items/show/21 There is also a less than 2 minute video that accompanies this but I will not put it up, although it shows people laying wreaths and paying their respects, it also shows people doing the Roman salute, so I played on the side of caution and omitted that bit. The video link is embedded in the story and easy to find if you choose to view it. Content not be played in front of young viewers.
It's sad that people's tragic deaths are used as political tools to spread hate and division. Especially after so many years. It's clearly just become a political event with Fascist/Neo Nazi links now.
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cpdz2ny9dqzo Who the **** goes to watch animals and get's "hysterical" when you see one killing another. Get a ****ing grip like. You see that all the time with these videos from African safaris. People go to gawk at wild lions and you hear them screaming and bursting into tears when they attack a zebra. What are you paying for? Just go to Chester Zoo.
A dolphin fight sounds class. Green Street 7 where the Millwall and West Ham fans find themselves doing summer jobs at Seaworld.
If people want to see something to really upset them, they should watch a pack of wild dogs at work, it's way more gruesome than anything a lion does. Those little ****ers eat you alive, and you can run around with half your guts hanging out, still trying to stand up. It can get pretty gory. Although watching an alligator rip a zebra's face off is not a pretty sight either. I suggest before going on a wildlife tour they educate themselves.
Wildlife tours don't really appeal to me. I quite like Gorillas but still wouldn't go and see them in the wild, just leave them alone, silly people crouching down with their cameras so the silverback don't get pissed off. I use to like watching the Aspinall stuff on Youtube, only because the social structure interested me - Silverback has all the food and no other ****er is getting any until he's finished. What is yours is mine, long as you understand them rules you'll fit in lol.
There’s a zoo here that just has little cute animals. Big fan of the armadillos. That’s the sort of life I could live. All the predator v prey wild stuff feels a lot of effort. Good luck to them.
Tell you who I haven't seen on the site for a long time, can't remember his name but wasn't he into Komodo dragons. I'm thinking he had a mole as an avatar.
Yeah I think it was BobbyD that mentioned that to me once before. They can be very aggressive if you make a disturbance in their environment. That's how some other animal prey get killed, because they go to the water for sanctuary then piss off the hippo.
