Really
I’d hate to have that lot at Wembley
- it would just spoil the whole experience even though I think that we’d beat them.
Well that's all I meant really. They are bloody awful, but we'd win that if it came to it.

They’re right. Top 2 now is beyond a miracle

Yeah absolutely. It's just incredibly unlikely to the point of not even being worthy of including us in the discussion. I agree with sky. Been that way some time. All good though. Play offs is where we deserve to be and it's been a good season.

Leeds and Sheff United both play 12.30 today

Expect Leeds to win, Sheff Unitsd it’s hard to say

We won’t pick up the required points, anyway. Just not good enough to win 5 or 6 on the spin

Even we did , I don't see both of them losing the next 5 games.

It's not, it wouldn't actually be a miracle so it's not beyond a miracle. It would certainly be extraordinary and isn't likely to happen. I don't expect it to happen and, though I can't speak for him, don't think Chunks believes it will.

But you're both missing the point which is that Sky, and other media, don't usually get to decide what will happen. As with the three relegated PL teams they show them respect by not declaring they're actually down until it's certain.

We all 'knew' Southampton were relegated months ago and, whereas fans and forums can say what they believe, the media traditionally and politely avoids stating it as a fact.

I remember you, and others, congratulating Leeds on promotion, after they'd beaten us and Sheff Utd, which is fair enough. You're entitled to give your opinion, for what it's worth, but the media isn't just there as pundits, they're supposed to report facts and the news.

It's not a big deal, I couldn't care less and agree 100% that we're where we deserve to be.

I said at the start the very best I was expecting was a trip to Wembley and I doubt anyone ever expected automatic promotion.

What I'd like now is the arses to drop out of Leeds and Sheff Utd to demoralise them before the playoffs, between them they've won two of their last six games so they're well on their way. If we could finish a few points behind that would put a marker down. If Burnley beat Sheff Utd the post-match 'Wilder-beest' interview would be absolutely hilarious <laugh>

Out of the 3 I would rather we play Sheffield United in the final TBH. If we were to get the luxy to pick etc.

I agree but I'm not too bothered whoever it is.

The playoff final is quite often more of a lottery than the two legs before it.

Leeds lost to Southampton when their bottle went but James should've equalised when he hit the bar in the last few minutes.

I doubt whether RLB has given it a second thought personally, in his mind it's all about what we do I'd expect.
