missed 4 or so absolutely glorious chances this season, all at really critical scorelines, similar reaction.....Every time I've seen Slater he has looked decent, is that not the case?

Has he never played football before? I couldn't understand why he was confused at having to take his ring off.
He had it taped up, as they normally do, but for some reason the fourth official wasn’t happy with it.
I may have been wrong about Portsmouth (time will tell) but I fear I am still right that our survival will come down to the final day at Fratton Park. Eek.I think we will need to pick up our form considerably - someone else said 1.4 points per game, two wins and a draw every five games, that sounds about right and will get us to approx 50 points by the end of April. That will put us in a place where the final game of the season against Portsmouth is a straight relegation shootout.

I think we’ve got to be winning 2 of the next 5. Wednesday, Watford, Preston and Swansea’s seasons are all over. Won’t go up or down, they’re the best teams to play at this stage. Coventry are slowing down a bit too, loads of pressure on them. We should want it done before DerbyIf they're safe (which it looks like they will be) it doesn't seem too scary a prospect. Although I don't think it'll come down to the final day.
